摘  要:为了提高TiO2光催化薄膜的利用效率,实验分别采用金属离子Zn2+和其氧化物ZnO掺杂TiO2的方法,制备以TiO2为基体的复合光催化薄膜。利用简单易行的溶胶凝胶法,一种是将Zn2+、ZnO掺杂于TiO2溶胶中,分别制备金属、半导体氧化物掺杂的混合溶胶,采用浸渍提拉的方法以玻璃片为载体涂膜,然后用马弗炉进行热处理制得样品。另一种是利用S iO2对2种掺杂的复合TiO2薄膜进行表面处理改性后,热处理得样品。将所得样品进行接触角、紫外-可见分光光度计、红外、AFM测试,对其性能进行表征。结果表明:Zn2+的掺杂量为0.1 g时,测试结果比较理想;经过S iO2表面处理过的Zn2+/TiO2复合光催化膜的超亲水性最好,水滴刚滴上,静态接触角几乎为0;°ZnO/TiO2复合光催化膜的吸光性能最高,但透过率较低,透明性比较差。Metal ions Zn^2+ and its oxide ZnO were used to dope into TiO2 sol to prepare the composite TiO2 photocatalytic film for improvement of the efficiency of TiO: photocatalytic thin film. Using the simple sol- gel methods, one is that Zn^2+ , ZnO doped TiO2 sol, to prepare the metal or oxide semiconductor doping hybrid sols respectively. By dipping process, a thin film was formed on glass as the carrier. The other one is to use SiO2 surface treatment modification for two kinds of doped TiO2. The final products were obtained after heat treatment. The products were tested by contact angle, UV - Vis, FT - IR, and AFM to characterize its performance. The results showed that: Zn^2+ doping amount of 0. 1 g was the ideal experimental condition; the SiO2 surface treated Zn^2+/TiO2 composite photocatalytic film showed super hydrophilic property, with static contact angle close to 0°. The light absorption performance of ZnO/TiO2 composite photocatalytic film was the highest, but low transmission and relatively poor transparency.
