摘 要:目的研究砷暴露地区居民饮用水砷浓度与指甲砷、硒含量及砷暴露人群临床分度之间的关系。方法对内蒙古巴彦淖尔市杭锦后旗和五原县不同水砷浓度暴露的599位居民进行指甲采样和临床砷中毒检查。利用电感耦合等离子质谱仪(ICPMS)测定水砷浓度,中子活化分析法(INAA)测定指甲内砷和硒的含量。结果水砷与指甲砷含量呈正相关(r=0.896,P<0.01),水砷与指甲硒含量呈负相关(r=-0.322,P<0.01),指甲砷与指甲硒含量也呈负相关(r=-0.355,P<0.01),指甲砷与砷暴露人群临床分度呈正相关(r=0.225,P<0.01)。不同浓度砷暴露人群砷中毒临床分度构成不同,差异显著(P<0.01)。结论砷暴露人群指甲砷与指甲硒呈负相关,提示在人体内砷与硒存在着拮抗效应,且指甲砷含量与砷暴露人群临床分度呈一致趋势,指甲砷对地方性砷中毒的诊断具有重要价值。Objective To study the relevance of nail arsenic,selenium concentrations and clinical type for arsenic exposed residents in drinking-water.Methods Water and nail samples were collected and physical examination was done of 599 residents exposed As via drinking water in Hangjinhouqi and Wuyuan county of Bayannaoer city in Inner Mongolia.Water As was analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICPMS);Nail samples were analyzed for As and Se content by instrumental neutron activation analysis(INAA).Results The water As concentrations was positively associated with nail As concentrations(r =0.896,P0.01),but was inversely associated with nail Se concentrations(r =-0.322,P0.01).The nail As concentrations was also negatively associated with nail Se concentrations(r =-0.355,P0.01).The nail Se was positively associated with clinical type of arsenic exposed residents(r=0.225,P0.01).There are signifi cant differences for clinical type among four groups of As exposed people(P0.01).Conclusions The nail As concentrations of arsenic exposed population is negatively associated with the nail Se concentrations,suggesting that there are antagonistic effect in the human body between As and Se.In addition,the nail As concentrations is positively associated with clinical type of arsenic exposed residents,indicating it's importance to the diagnosis of endemic arsenism.
