腹腔镜下卵巢穿刺电凝术和楔形切除术治疗多囊卵巢综合征的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的比较腹腔镜下卵巢穿刺电凝术和卵巢楔形切除术治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的疗效。方法随机将36例行腹腔镜卵巢穿刺电凝术和24例行腹腔镜卵巢楔形切除术的PCOS患者分两组进行比较。结果两组间手术时间、术中出血量、术后病率及肛门排气时间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);两组术后疼痛评分、下床活动时间、住院时间、切口愈合时间、术后雄激素、术后黄体生成素、术后卵泡雌激素、术后排卵率、术后妊娠率及月经恢复相比差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜卵巢穿刺电凝术与腹腔镜卵巢楔形切除术比较手术时间短,术中出血少,术后恢复快,术后病率少。腹腔镜卵巢穿刺电凝术治疗PCOS优于腹腔镜卵巢楔形切除术。【Objective】 To compare the clinical value of polycystic ovary syndrome treated with laparoscopic ovarian electrocauterization and wedge ovary resection.【Methods】 36 cases of patients with PCOS treated with ovarian electrocauterization and 24 cases of patients with PCOS treated with Wedge ovary resection were randomly compared.【Results】 There were significant differences in operating time,bleeding during operation,postoperative morbidity,anal exhaust time between two groups（P 0.05）.but there are no significant differences in VAS,getting out of bed time,wound healing time,hospitalization time,T,LH,FSH,menstrual recovery,pregnancy rate,ovulation rate between two groups（P 0.05）.【Conclusion】 Laparoscopic ovarian electrocauterization is superior to wedge ovary resection in the treatment of PCOS.
