胆囊造瘘在内镜保胆取石术中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的探讨胆囊造瘘在内镜保胆取石术中的应用价值。方法总结该院应用胆囊造瘘的内镜保胆取石病例29例经验。结果 29例患者中,27例顺利拔除胆囊造瘘管,成功保留胆囊,而2例患者最终未能保留胆囊而接受二次手术切除胆囊。结论若能将胆囊造瘘灵活应用在内镜保胆取石术中,可明显提高保胆的成功率,使部分以往无法保胆的患者成功保留胆囊功能。【Objectives】 To investigate the clinical effect of cholecystostomy in endoscopic invasive cholecystolithotomy with gallbladder preserved.【Methods】 29 patients who underwent cholecystostomy in endoscopic invasive cholecystolithotomy with gallbladder preserved from 2005 to 2009 were reviewed.【Results】 In the 29 patients,27 of which gallbladder drainage tubes were removed without a hitch and gallbladders were preserved successfully.But the other 2 patients couldn＇t preserve gallbladders at last and had to undergo cholecystectomy.【Conclusions】 Once cholecystostomy is applied in endoscopic invasive cholecystolithotomy with gallbladder preserved according to different condition,it will increase the success rate of preserving gallbladder,and some patients who should undergo cholecystectomy as usual can preserve functional gallbladder.
