摘　　要：介绍了汽车铝合金缸体缸盖的几种主要铸造工艺:金属型铸造、压铸、中压铸造、低压铸造、消失模铸造和Cosworth法。在此基础上,对消失模铸造和Cosworth法等新工艺在未来汽车铝合金缸体缸盖铸造中的发展前景作了展望。The several casting processes of aluminum alloy cylinder body and head in auto,such as metal-mold casting,die-casting,medium-pressure casting,low-pressure casting,expendable pattern casting and Cosworth casting,are introduced.Meanwhile,the prospects of expendable pattern casting and Cosworth casting of aluminum alloy cylinder bodies and heads in auto are forecasted based on these techniques.
