水平连铸结晶器用CuCo2Be合金铜套划伤失效分析

摘　　要：对水平连铸结晶器用铍钴铜合金铜套的划伤失效进行了化学成分、硬度、金相组织、扫描电镜等分析测试研究。结果表明:造成铍钴铜套失效的主要原因是合金中的氧化夹杂、低熔点元素在晶界偏聚分布,在高温下造成晶界局部熔化形成小的热蚀孔洞,钢液深入"孔洞",冷凝后在连铸钢锭表面形成与"孔洞"大小的凸点,在连铸钢锭向前牵移过程中这坚硬的凸质点划伤铜套内壁形成划痕。同时,铜套晶粒长大粗化,产生沿晶裂纹,在拉坯过程中受拉力压力作用,裂纹迅速沿夹杂扩展,并且在高温下被进一步氧化,从而促进铜套破坏,划伤与开裂导致铜套过早失效。By means of chemical composition analysis,hardness measurement,microstructure examination,SEM examination,the scratch in CuCo2Be copper sleeve was analyzed.The results show that oxide inclusion and low melting elements gathering in grain boundary become holes in the surface of CuCo2Be copper sleeve in high-temperature using,the steel liquid gets into the holes,after solidification,the steel liquid forms salient spots which scratch the CuCo2Be copper sleeve in continuous casting.In the meantime,the grain growth and intergranular fracture can accelerate the failure of copper sleeve in horizontal continuous casting mould.
