摘  要:目的:从艾灸对肝糖原和肝细胞超微结构的影响,探讨艾灸消除运动性疲劳的作用机制。方法:将SD雄性大鼠随机分为安静对照组、模型组和艾灸组,每组11只。采用21 d力竭游泳方式制作运动性疲劳模型。从第1天造模起即用艾炷灸双侧"足三里"穴,每穴各3壮,隔日1次,共灸11次。采用蒽酮法检测肝糖原,并观察电镜下肝细胞超微结构。结果:与安静对照组比较,模型组肝糖原含量显著降低(P<0.01);艾灸组与模型组比较,肝糖原含量显著增高(P<0.05)。电镜观察显示模型组肝糖原稀疏、减少,肝细胞线粒体和粗面内质网结构不清晰;而艾灸组肝糖原较丰富,线粒体和粗面内质网结构基本清晰。结论:艾灸消除运动性疲劳的部分作用机制,可能是通过调节肝糖原含量、促进血糖的稳定,并改善肝细胞的超微结构、缓解肝细胞损伤而实现。Objective To observe the effect of moxibustion of "Zusanli" (ST 36) on hepatic glycogen level and ultrastructure changes in exercise-induced fatigue rats. Methods Thirty-three SD rats were randomly and equally divided into control, model and moxibustion groups. The fatigue model was established by forcing the rat to have a loaded exhaustion swim, once daily for 21 days. Moxibustion was applied to bilateral "Zusanli" for about 30 rain, once every other day for 11 times. The hepatic glycogen content was detected by chromatometry and the hepatic ultrastructure was observed by using transmission electron microscope. Results The hepatic glycogen content in the fatigue model group decreased significantly compared with the control group( P〈0.01 ), and that in the moxibustion group was increased significantly compared with the model group(P〈0.05). Under transmission electron microscope , it was found that the glycogen in the hypatocytes of the model was decreased and the ultra- structure of mitochendria and rough endeplasmic reticulum was unclear in outline. In moxibustion group, more glycogen granules were found in hepatocytes, and the structure of mitochondria and rough endoplasmic reticulum was basically clear. Conclusion Moxibustion may increase hepatic glycogen content and improve ultrastructure of hypatocytes in fatigue rats, which may be part of its mechanism underlying relieving exercise-induced fatigue.
