摘 要:目的 探讨大蒜提取物G、G1、G2抑制流感病毒在MDCK细胞上的增殖作用.方法 以利巴韦林为阳性对照药物,用不同方法获得的不同浓度大蒜提取物作用于流感病毒感染的MDCK细胞,以MTT法检测细胞存活率,判断大蒜抗流感病毒的效果.结果 G1对MDCK细胞的半数毒性浓度(CC50)为(60.39±7.00)mg/mL,抑制流感病毒增殖的半数有效浓度(EC50)为(15.00±4.36)mg/mL,选择性指数(S1=CC50/EC50)为4.03;G2的CC50为(50.93±10.17)mg/mL,但其抑制流感病毒的效果未超过50%;G无抑制效果.结论 G1在MDCK细胞上对流感病毒有明显的抑制作用,G2抑制作用并不明显,而G无抑制作用.结果 证明,不同提取方法其抑制作用有所差别.Objective To study the effects of garlic extracts G,G1,G2 against influenza virus in MDCK cell.Methods By using ribavirin as a positive control drug,the different concentration garlic extracts collected by different methods acted on MDCK cell which infected influenza virus before,and by MTT method to detect cell viability to assess the effects of garlic.Results The median cytotoxic concentration(CC50) of G1 was(60.39±7.00 ) mg/mL,the median effective concentration(EC50) against influenza virus in MDCK cell was(15.00 ± 4.36) mg/mL and the selectivity index was 4.03.The CC50 of G2 was(50.93±10.17) mg/mL,the effects of inhibiting influenza virus did not exceed 50%.There was no inhibiting effects in CC5o of G.Conclusions The study suggests that the G1 has obviously inhibited effects on influenza virus in MDCK cell,while the G2 is not obvious,and the G has no inhibited effects.This result shows that the inhibitory effects of garlic in the different extraction methods are different.
