摘　　要：目的检测辅助性T细胞(Th17细胞)与调节性T细胞(Treg细胞)相关细胞因子白介素(IL)-2、IL-6、IL-10、IL-17、IL-23、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)在强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者外周血血清中的表达,探讨这6种细胞因子在AS发病中的意义及其与AS临床特征的相关性。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测50例AS患者和43例健康对照外周血血清中Th17与Treg相关细胞因子的含量。结果 AS患者血清中的IL-6、IL-17、IL-23含量明显高于健康对照组。AS患者血清各细胞因子与疾病活动度(BASDAI)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)无相关性。结论 AS患者外周血血清中IL-6、IL-17、IL-23呈高表达,3种炎性细胞因子血浆水平的异常升高可能参与了AS的发病和病变进展。Objective To analyze the content of Th17/Treg related cytokines of interleukin（IL）-2,IL-6,IL-10,IL-17,IL-23 and transfarming growth factor-β（TGF-β） in the serum from patients with ankylosing spondylitis（AS）compared with health control.To investigate these cytokines in the pathogenesis of AS and its relationships with clinical features of AS.Methods Fifty patients with AS and forty-three healthy volunteers were recruited.Serum cytokine levels were examined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.Results The serum IL-6,IL-17 and IL-23 levels were significantly elevated in AS patients as compared with normal controls.Nevertheless,no associations of serum cytokines levels with clinical and laboratory parameters were found.Conclusion Serum IL-6,IL-17 and IL-23 levels elevate in AS patients,which may trigger the inflammatory process in AS.
