摘  要:为分析二次电压控制对静态电压稳定的影响,根据新的节点分类方案建立了计及二次电压控制作用的连续潮流模型,并给出了处理发电机无功越限和受控发电机电压越限的方法。在IEEE 39节点系统上的计算结果表明,实施二次电压控制能够提高系统的静态稳定裕度,并可延缓发电机发生无功越限。而当无功协调因子采用无功出力均衡模式时,由于同一个区域内可能发生多台发电机无功同时越限,致使系统电压发生崩溃。In order to analyze the effects of secondary voltage control on static voltage stability,a continuation power flow model in view of secondary voltage control is established according to a new bus classification scheme.How to handle the violation of reactive power limits of generators and the voltage limits of the controlled generators in this model is given.Computational results on the IEEE 39-bus system demonstrate that the secondary voltage control can enhance the static voltage stability margin and postpone occurrence of generator reactive power limit violations during load increment.However,if the reactive power coordination factor in each control area is defined by balanced mode of generator reactive power outputs,voltage collapse will occur because the generators in the same control area violate their reactive power limits simultaneously.
