摘  要:着力于研究任意形状接触界面处理方法,在一体化接触搜索算法基本思想的基础上,提出了一种使用子域分割接触界面投影区域进而实现接触区域快速搜索的算法——投影子域法。用罚函数法计算接触力,将其虚功率引入求解方程,实现了接触界面上的约束处理。该方法速度快,实施方便,可用于无网格方法分析塑性成形过程。算例结果说明了方法的有效性和高效性。Arbitrarily-shaped contact boundary problem is so complicated and challenging,that how to treat it accurately and efficiently is a difficult and central issue.The authors concentrated on this issue herein.Based on the algorithm used in FEM,the authors raised a new algorithm for contact detection by deviding the projection area of possible contact surfaces into small rectangles which were called sub-domains.Using penalty function method to calcute the contact force and then introducing its virtual power into the deformation controlling equation to satisfy the constraints on the contact surfaces.The new algorithm is high in efficiency and easy in implement,and is suitable for metal forming simulation with meshless method.Finally,a numerical example was given to illustrate its correctness and efficiency in simulation of metal forming process based on meshless method.
