补脾方药对脾虚大鼠心肌细胞心钠素、Bcl-2和Bax表达的影响

摘  要:目的:通过检测大鼠心肌细胞中心钠素、Bcl-2和Bax表达,探讨补脾方药对脾虚证的作用机制。方法:SPF大鼠采用复合方法制成脾虚模型后分别以3种不同配伍补脾方药灌胃3周。采用免疫组化法测定心肌细胞心钠素、Bcl-2和Bax表达。结果:脾虚模型组与正常对照组比较,Bcl-2表达减少而Bax表达增加;中药用药组与脾虚模型组比较,Bcl-2表达增加而Bax表达减少;中药用药组与脾虚模型组比较,心钠素表达多增加(P<0.05),均有显著性意义。结论:补脾方药治疗脾虚证的作用机制可能与提高心肌细胞心钠素、Bcl-2表达,降低Bax表达有关。Objective: to investigate the changes of atrial natriuretic factor (AN F), Bcl-2 and Bax expression in myocardial cells of rats, and to explore the mechanism of spleen-tonifying recipe for treatment of spleen deficiency syndrome. Methods Wistar rats models with spleen deficiency syndrome were established with complex method, and then were treated with spleentonifying recipe for 3 weeks. Expression of ANF, Bcl-2 and Bax in myocardial cells of rats was detected by immunohistochemical method. Results, Compared to the normal control group, expression of Bcl-2 was decreased and Bax was increased in the model group. Compared to the model group, the levels of Bcl-2 and ANF were increased and Bax was decreased (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic mechanism of Spleen-tonifying recipe for spleen deficiency syndrome may be related with the increase of Bcl-2 and ANF expression and with the decrease of Bax expression in myocardial cells.
