摘　　要：本文回顾了科学基金在促进女性科研人员发展方面的重要作用,分析了2010年实行同等条件下女性优先政策的初步效果,指出了今后进一步支持女性发展的政策措施。The paper summarizes the efforts of NSFC to promote women scientists in China since 1986. It also shows preliminary influences of the new policy discriminating in favour of women in 2010 while their proposals are as good as men＇s. Finally it explains more actions NSFC will take in the near future to facilitate women scientists＇ career development.
