摘　　要：离婚救济制度的实践与反思,既是婚姻立法中的难点,也是司法实务中的热点。对离婚救济制度的实践效果予以准确把握,是反思离婚救济制度的有效路径。通过反思,捕捉离婚救济制度的立法设计局限和司法运行障碍,找寻离婚救济制度的调适方案,为进一步完善我国的离婚救济制度奠定基础,进而实现我国离婚救济制度的科学化、严谨化与适用化。The practice and rethink of divorce relief system is a difficult point in marriage legislation and also a hot issue in judicial practice. It is an effective path to rethink the divorce relief system to hold the practice results of this system correctly. After rethinking, we could catch the limitations of legislation design and the obstacles of judicial operation of divorce relief system and find the appropriate methods to adjust it in order to establish the foundation for improving the divorce relief system in our country and make this system scientific, rigorous and practical.
