14种植物乙醇提取物对荔枝粗胫翠尺蛾成虫产卵和幼虫取食的影响

摘　　要：测定了14种植物乙醇提取物对荔枝粗胫翠尺蛾(Thalassodes immissaria Walker)成虫产卵、2龄幼虫取食及存活的影响。结果表明,非洲山毛豆、洋紫荆、肉桂、华南毛蕨和少花龙葵5种植物提取物对荔枝粗胫翠尺蛾的产卵抑制作用最佳,处理1 d后的产卵抑制率分别为87.50%、81.25%、78.73%、71.88%和65.63%。假臭草、野茼蒿、旱莲草、少花龙葵、崩大碗、胜红蓟、非洲山毛豆、肉桂、华南毛蕨和洋紫荆10种植物乙醇提取物对荔枝粗胫翠尺蛾有较强的拒食活性,其中非洲山毛豆的拒食作用最强,处理1 d后的选择性和非选择性拒食率分别为87.50%和78.82%。非洲山毛豆和洋紫荆提取物对荔枝粗胫翠尺蛾2龄幼虫存活率有明显影响,处理48 h后幼虫存活率分别为25%和65%,而其他提取物对幼虫存活率没有影响。非洲山毛豆在防治荔枝粗胫翠尺蛾幼虫方面有较好的应用前景。Effects of ethanol extracts from 14 plant species on oviposition of adults,feeding behavior and survival of second instars larvae of Thalassodes immissaria Walker were determinated.The results suggested that the ethanol extracts of 5 plant species Tephrosia vogelii,Bauhinia variegate,Cortex cinnamomi,Cyclosorus parasiticus,and Solallum nigrum showed optimal antioviposition activity.The repellent rate of oviposition was 87.50%,81.25%,78.73%,71.88% and 65.63% respectively after 24h.The extracts of 10 plants species,Eupatorium catarium,Crassocephalum crepidioides,Herba ecliptae,S.nigrum,Centella asiatica,Ageratum conyzoides,T.vogelii,C.Cinnamomi,C.parasiticus and B.variegate showed strong antifeedant activity on second instars larvae,the ethanol extract of T.vogelii showed the highest antifeedant activity,and the antifeedant rate was 87.50% and 78.82% respectively in selective and non-selective test.The ethanol extract of T.vogelii and B.variegate have significant effect on the survival rate of second instars larvae,the survival rate was 25% and 65% respectively in 48 hours,while the other extracts had no effect on the survival rate of secon instars larvae.Tephrosia vogelii have good application prospect in the prevention and control of T.immissaria larvae.
