摘　　要：烟砧一号是从鸡冠自然杂交实生苗中选育出的实生种。经过14 a田间调查和区试鉴定,以其作中间砧的富士枝干和果实的苹果轮纹病的发病率比没有嫁接中间砧的富士降低59.3%和12.77%。而且可显著提高富士果实的可溶性固形物。与基砧八棱海棠、平邑甜茶和生产上主栽的富士系亲和性良好,无大小脚现象,适宜在富士产区推广应用。Yanzhen 1 is a new apple interstock,derived from the cross seedling of Jiguan in open pollination.Trials of 14 years proved its resistance character to apple rough bark disease.Using Yanzhen 1 as interstock could decrease the incidence of apple ring spot and apple ring rot.And the soluble solid content of Fuji were increased.Yanzhen 1 has a good compatibility with the commercial apple cultivar（Fuji） and the base rootstock of Malus micromalus and Malus hupehensis.
