摘 要:游梁式抽油机结构简单、性能可靠、使用方便,但是工作效率低,能耗大。文中以游梁式抽油机主要结构的节能为出发点,改造抽油机结构,优化设计方案,研发新型节能抽油机。摆杆式游梁抽油机适合大负荷、长冲程工况,在类似工况下可节电30%以上。下偏杠铃抽油机适用于中、长冲程抽油机的开发,综合节电率将超过20%。而天平式游梁抽油机可比常规游梁式抽油机节电35%-70%。由现场试验表明,各种抽油机节能效果明显。Beam pumping unit has simple structure , reliable performance, convenient use. But it also has low efficiency, high power consumption. In this paper, the starting point is based on the main structure of beam pumping unit, then reform the structure of pumping unit, and optimize the design Program , research and develop the new energy saving pumping unit. Swinging rod typed the beam pumping unit is suitable for large load and long stroke conditions. In similar conditions it can save electricity more than 30%. Under partial barbells pumping unit is suitable for medium and long stroke pumping development. Comprehensive energy saving rate will be more than 20%. And the beam pumping unit has 35% - 70% electricity-saving efficiency. By field test shows that, all sorts of pumping unit energy-saving ettect are obvious.
