摘 要:针对分体式全液压坑道钻机适用钻进工艺单一、控制精度低、搬迁困难,现有履带式全液压坑道钻机辅助工作时间长的问题,采用负载反馈、恒压变量和远程控制技术,设计了ZDY6000LD(A)型履带式全液压坑道钻机的液压系统,包括回转、给进、行走、主轴制动等多个执行回路以及起下钻、夹转、卸扣等联动功能。通过采用AMESim软件对回转回路的负载特性进行仿真分析和现场应用,结果表明:负载敏感系统理论特征和实际钻进工况相吻合,ZDY6000LD(A)型钻机适用于回转、定向、复合等多种钻进工艺,液压系统有较强的工艺适应性、节能性和远程操控性。According to the single suitable drilling technique,low control accuracy,and removing difficulty of the present separated component type full hydraulic tunnel drilling rig and the long auxiliary operation time problem of the present crawler type full hydraulic tunnel drilling rig,the load feedback,constant-pressure variation and remote control technology was applied to the design of the hydraulic system of the ZDY6000LD(A) mode crawler type full hydraulic tunnel drilling rig,including the rotation,feeder,travel,main shaft braking and other performance return lines as well as the drilling tools down and up,clamped rotation,clamping releasing and other linkage functions.With the application of the AMESim software,a simulation analysis and site application was conducted on the load features of the reverse rotation return circuit.The results showed that the theoretical features of the load sensitive system would be well fitted with the actual drilling performances.The ZDY6000LD(A) mode drilling rig could be suitable for the rotation driling,directional drilling,complex drilling and other drilling techniques and the hydraulic system could have a high technical adaptability,an energy saving and a remote operation control.
