摘  要:采用压差法测定了旋流-静态微泡浮选柱内部的气含率,分别通过单因素和正交试验研究了循环压力、进气量和起泡剂浓度3个因素对气含率的影响。在此基础上采用多元回归分析方法建立了试验条件下气含率与3个因素之间的回归模型。结果表明:气含率随进气量和起泡剂浓度的增大而增大;进气量不固定时,气含率随循环压力的增加而增大;进气量固定时,随循环压力的增加而逐渐减小。3个因素对气含率的影响从小到大依次为循环压力、进气量、起泡剂浓度。回归模型计算值与实测值之间误差较小,其达到了较高的计算精度。The pressure difference method was applied to measure the air content ratio of the vortex-static minute bubble floatation column.The single factor and the orthogonal test was applied individually to study the circulated pressure,the air intake quantity and the frother density factors affected to the air content ratio.Based on the circumstance,the multi elements regression analysis method was applied to establish the regression model between the air content ratio and the three factors under the test conditions.The results showed that the air content ratio would be increased with the air intake quantity and frother density increased.When the air intake quantity was not fixed,the air content ratio would be increased with the circulated pressure increased.When the air intake quantity was fixed,the air content ratio would be reduced with the circulated pressure increased.The effect of the three factors to the air content ratio would be from large to small in sequence individually as the circulated pressure,air intake quantity and frother density.The error between the model calculation and the site measured value would be small and these values reached at a high accuracy.
