摘  要:本试验采用26~31日龄的AA肉仔鸡测定了小麦的表观代谢能(AME)、氮校正表观代谢能(AMEn)和回肠表观消化能(IDE),比较了3种生物学方法所得小麦表观有效能值之间的差异,分析了不同小麦表观有效能值对饲料配方原料选择的影响。结果表明:全收粪法和指示剂法测得14种小麦的AME平均值分别为13.27MJ/kg和12.64MJ/kg,回肠食糜法测得的IDE平均值为12.05MJ/kg,全收粪法和指标剂法测得小麦的AMEn平均值分别为12.95MJ/kg和12.01MJ/kg;不同产地小麦和3种生物学方法所得的小麦表观有效能值对配方计算结果均能产生显著影响。In this study,AME,AMEn and IDE of fourteen different wheat samples for broilers were measured by total collection feces method,marker method and ileal digesta method.The effective energy values were compared among three biosasay methods and wheat samples,and the influence of different energy values of wheat on feed formulation was evaluated.The result showed that AME measured by total collection feces method and marker method were 13.27 and 12.64 MJ/kg,respectively and IDE value measured by ileal digesta method was 12.05 MJ/kg.AMEn value measured by total collection feces method and marker method were 12.95 MJ/kg,12.01 MJ/kg,respectively.The differences among wheat samples and among methods significantly affected feed formulation.
