摘 要:为了探讨低分子量酚醛树脂处理木材导致材色加深的因素,采用紫外(UV)和红外(IR)吸收光谱分析低分子量酚醛树脂在合成和固化过程中主要产物的光吸收作用,确定了采用低分子量酚醛树脂改性木材化学药剂的合理配制和处理条件,并测定了处理后大青杨木材材色。结果表明:低分子量酚醛树脂改性木材材色的色差变化较小(△E*为10),长时间放置材色稳定。To investigate the color darkening effects that low molecular weight phenolformaldehyde(PF)resin may produce, UV and IR were used to analyze light absorption of main products during synthesizing and solidifying of the resin. Resin synthesis and wood sample treatment conditions were determined and color difference of treated Populus ussuriensis samples with the resin were measured. The results showed that color difference of both the treated and the control was small (E* was about 10), and the color hardly changed even if the treated wood was exposed for a long time.
