摘 要:研究低游离度的漂白针叶木化学浆、杨木PRC-APMP与高游离度的杨木PRC-APMP的配抄性能,研究结果显示:与单独的杨木PRC-APMP在相同游离度下相比,通过配抄低游离度的漂白针叶木化学浆或低游离度的杨木PRC-APMP均能获得高的成纸松厚度,但成纸抗张强度与配抄浆料种类有关。与游离度为490mL的杨木PRC-APMP相比,利用游离度为56mL的漂白针叶木化学浆与725mL的杨木PRC-APMP配后游离度为490mL的混合浆成纸松厚度为3.22cm3.g-1,抗张指数为16.37N.m.g-1;利用游离度为54mL的低游离度PRC-APMP与725mL的杨木PRC-APMP配后游离度为490mL的混合浆成纸松厚度为3.32cm3.g-1,抗张指数为13.37N.m.g-1;而游离度为490mL的杨木PRC-APMP成纸松厚度为2.88cm3.g-1,抗张指数为14.50N.m.g-1。In order to bring into playing the high bulk of HYP paper with high strength, in this paper, the lower CSF PRC-APMP and NBKP pulp had been used to mix with the higher CSF HYP, and the properties of paper made from the mixture pulp was discussed. It was showed that, in compared with the paper made from aspen PRC-APMP, the bulk of paper made from mixture pulp was higher when the freeness of pulps was kept consistently. But the tensile strength of paper was affected by the type of mixed pulp. When the CSF of mixture pulp made by mixing NBKP(CSF 56mL) with the PRC-APMP (CSF 725mL) was 490mL, the bulk of paper made from the mixture pulp was 3.22cm 3 ·g -1 and the tensile index was 16.37N·m·g -1 . When the CSF of mixture pulp made by mixing HYP with the CSF of 54mL and 725mL was 490mL, the bulk of paper made from the mixture pulp was 3.35cm 3 ·g -1 and the tensile index was 13.41N·m·g -1 . The bulk of paper made from aspen PRC-APMP was 2.88cm 3 ·g -1 and the tensile index was 14.50 N·m·g -1 in the CSF 490mL conditions.
