摘  要:纸张涂布加工可以获得很高的纸张光泽度及印刷光泽度。通过调整颜料的配比、颜料粒径、胶黏剂用量以及控制涂料的涂布量及干燥温度,分析不同条件下纸张光泽度及印刷光泽度的变化趋势。结果表明:纸张光泽度与印刷光泽度随瓷土用量的增加而增大,随GCC用量的增加而减小;胶黏剂用量增加,纸张光泽度减小而印刷光泽度明显增大;纸张光泽度及印刷光泽度随着涂布量的增加而增加。对数据进行回归分析,得出瓷土与GCC(粒径<2μm占90%)的配比为1:1,胶黏剂用量为12%,涂布量在16g.m-2时可以获得最佳的纸张光泽度及印刷光泽度。After coating process,paper surface can have very high paper gloss and printing performance.By adjusting the proportion of the pigment,the dosage of pigment with different particle size,adhesives,coating of quantity and the drying temperature,changing trends of paper gloss and the print gloss were analyzed under various conditions.Test results showed that the paper gloss and printing performance were improved by the increasing of the amount of clay,and improved while GCC increasing too.With the increasing in the amount of adhesive,paper gloss and printing performance were improved significantly;both paper gloss and printing performance were increased with the increasing of coating weight.Finally,the analysis of the data showed that the best paper and printing performance could be gained under the condition that ratio of clay and GCC(the proportion of particle diameter below 2μm was 90%)was 1:1,the amount of adhesive was 12% and coating weight was 16g.m-2.
