摘 要:目的:应用贝叶斯网络研究中药药理作用与其功效之间的关系。方法:在中药药理作用研究的基础上,运用贝叶斯网络研究中药补肾、活血等功效与药理作用之间的关系,并利用建立的贝叶斯网络模型对中药组分进行了功效预测。结果:建立的贝叶斯网络模型合理地表达了药理作用与功效关系,并且中药组分的预测结果与原饮片功效基本一致。结论:利用贝叶斯网络建立的功效与药理作用关系模型可用于中药组分功效的预测,对中药及中药组分功效的研究具有重要意义。This study aimed to find out the relation between pharmacological effects and functions of Chinese medicine by Bayesian network. Based on pharmacological effects of Chinese medicine, Bayesian network was applied in the study of the relation between pharmacological effects and kidney-tonifying, blood-activating and other functions of 363 Chinese medicines. Models were established with Bayesian network in the purpose of predicting component function. The result showed that Bayesian network model expressed the relation between pharmacological effects and functions. And the forecast results were consisted with functions of the original Chinese medicine. It was concluded that Bayesian network relational model can be used to predict the function of components. This model has important significance in the study of Chinese medicine and component function.
