摘　　要：本文围绕甘草中三萜皂苷类、黄酮类、多糖和香豆素类成分及这些成分对心血管系统影响的机理进行分析,结果表明甘草有效成分对心血管系统有广泛的治疗作用,其机理与抗心律失常、抗氧化、抗缺血缺氧、调血脂有关。Gancao （Radix Glycyrrhiza） has been widely used in the clinical practice as a Chinese herbal medicine. This study showed that Gancoo has good prospects in the treatment of cardiovascular system disorders. The drug development has been conducted on the basis of component analysis of Gancao and its mechanism study on the cardiovascular system. An in-depth study is necessary for the further development and utilization of Gancao resources.
