摘　　要：目的:在工艺改进的基础上精简痛经宝颗粒处方。方法:按痛经宝颗粒组成药物的功效对原处方进行拆方,并对原方中部分药物提取工艺进行改进,以小鼠镇痛模型和出凝血模型为评价指标进行各拆方与原制剂药效的比较。结果:痛经宝颗粒处方精简为4味药,由当归、延胡索、肉桂和木香组成。结论:痛经宝精简方保持了原制剂的镇痛作用,降低了原制剂出血多的副作用,处方精简后有利于对其进行深度的二次开发。This study aimed to simplify the prescription of Tongjingbao granules based on process innovation. The original prescription of Tongjingbao granules was disassembled according to its efficacy. The extracted processes of some herbs within the prescription were innovated. Analgesia models and bleeding time of mice tail, coagulation time of mice models were used to simplify the original prescription. The results showed that the simplified prescription contains four herbs, which are Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Cortex Cinnamomi Cassiae, Radix Aucklandiae and Rhizoma Corydalis. The simplified prescription is able to preserve effective analgesia and reduce the side effect of bleeding. The simplified prescription is in favor of further research and development.
