摘　　要：本研究对中药功效与寒热药性相关性研究的方法学框架进行了分析,认为寒热中药对寒热体质和寒热证候的干预作用是不同的,开展中药功效与寒热药性相关性研究应以采取证模型的研究方法为主。中药功效与寒热药性相关性研究的控研要点包括基于证候模型的寒热中药功效-药性关系研究、基于证候模型的寒热物质成分组群与寒热中药作用相关性研究、基于正常模型的寒热中药作用特征及其规律性研究、基于寒体热体模型的寒热中药作用特征及其规律性研究、基于不同模型的寒热中药作用机制对比研究等。同时,分别从模型制备、指标观察和对照设计3个方面,对中药功效与寒热药性相关性研究的注意事项进行了分析总结。The study aimed to analyze and study the methodological framework of efficacy and drug nature of cold and hot of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） drugs. It pointed out that TCM drugs of cold and hot nature have different intervention effects on the constitution and syndrome of cold and hot nature. The syndrome-based research method for relativity research is conducted on the efficacy and TCM drug of cold and hot nature. The key researches conducted on syndrome models include the study of relationship between efficacy and TCM drug of cold and hot nature, relativity research between material component and efficacy of TCM drug of cold and hot nature. The researches were also conducted to determine the characteristics and discipline research of TCM drug of cold and hot nature on normal models, and also on cold and hot constitution model. The comparative research of mechanism of TCM drug of cold and hot nature was conducted based on different models. The relativity research on efficacy and TCM drug of cold and hot nature were also analyzed and summarized based on the model preparation, indicators observation and control design.
