摘  要:以具有低温不育、高温可育特性的温光敏细胞核雄性不育小麦C412S和C404S为材料,以其回交转育亲本、育性正常的C412和C404为对照,用人工气候箱研究了光照强度对温光敏细胞核雄性不育小麦育性表达的影响。结果表明,在低温条件下(日温8℃/夜温6℃),C412S和C404S在不同光照强度(160μmol/m2.s和300μmol/m.2s)下自交结实率都为0,表现为完全不育。在较高温度条件下(日温18℃/夜温14℃),从花粉母细胞形成期到开花期的光照处理,C412S在160μmol/m.2s弱光照下的自交结实率仅为5.4%,表现为高不育,在300μmol/m2.s较强光照下的自交结实率高达65.0%,表现为高度可育;而另一不育系C404S在2种光照强度下的自交结实率分别为69.9%和73.2%,都达到了高度可育水平。表明光照强度对温光敏细胞核雄性不育小麦的雄性育性表达具有重要影响,但不同材料对光照强度的响应程度有所差异。Light-intensity-affected fertility of thermo-photo-sensitive genic male sterile (TGMS) wheat ( Triticum aestivum L. ) lines C412S and C404S,which were reported to be sterile under low temperature condition and normal fertility under high temperature condition, was investigated in growth chambers, with normally fertile wheat lines G412 and C404,the recurrent parents of C412S and C404S,as control. The plants were treated during the developmental period from pollen mother cells (PMCs) formation stage to the anthesis stage in growth chambers at two temperature levels ( 8℃ day temperature,6℃ night temperature,and 18℃ day temperature, 14℃ night temperature) and two light intensity levels ( 160 and 300μmol/m^2·s) with photoperiod 12 hours day time and 12 hours night time. The results showed that under low temperature condition (8℃ day temperature and 6℃ night temperature) ,both C412S and C4045 showed complete sterility with self-fertilized seed setting rate of 0% whether at high light intensity level (300μmol/m^2·s) or at low light intensity level ( 160txmol/mz- s). Meanwhile,under high tem- perature condition (18℃ day temperature and 14℃ night temperature) , C412S showed highly sterility with self-fertilized seed setting rate of 5.4% when treated with low light intensity of 160μmol/m^2·s,but showed normal fertility with self-fertilized seed setting rate of 65.0% when treated with high light intensity of 300μmol/m^2· s. On the other hand, C404S showed normal fertility whether under high light intensity (300μmol/m^2· s) or under low light intensity (160μmol/m^2·s) ,with self-fertilized seed setting rate of 69.9% and 73.2% when treated with light intensity of 160 and 300μmol/m^2·s, respectively. These results suggested that light intensity had important effect on fertility alternation of TGMS wheat.
