摘  要:以8个导入了空心莲子草DNA的水稻导入系和2个对照品种(原受体6527和巴西陆稻)为材料,采用裂区试验设计,在干旱胁迫条件下测定其剑叶的超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛、电导率、脯氨酸、叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量等生理指标,并进行主成分分析和逐步回归分析。结果表明,导入系H8的产量、综合评价值和耐旱指数明显大于对照,其耐旱性强。主成分分析和最优回归方程分析均表明丙二醛、脯氨酸、叶绿素和电导率等对水稻耐旱性有显著影响,可作为水稻耐旱性生理评价的重要参考指标。Eight rice introgression lines carried DNA fragments from Ahernanthera philoxeroides Griseb and two CKs,including the receptor 6527 (CK1 ) and a rice cultivar of IAPAR-9 (CK2) with high drought tolerance were used to analyze the physiological characterization of drought tolerance with a split plot design. Seven physiological parameters,including the activity of superoxide dismutase, malondialdehyde content, conductivity, proline content, and content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll were assayed with the stepwise lineal regression analysis and the principal component analysis. The results showed that the introgression line H8 possessed a stronger overall drought-tolerant performance than CK1 and CK2. Furthermore, the results also suggested that MDA, proline, chlorophyll and conductivity could he used as informative indicators in the physical characterization of drought tolerance in rice research.
