枣庄市部分群体丙型肝炎流行病学调查及分析

摘　　要：目的了解枣庄地区丙型病毒性肝炎的发病动态、特征及规律。方法选取2008年11月—2010年11月枣庄市本地户口的义务献血人员及市立医院住院患者首次进行输血前筛查人员的抗-HCV阳性结果进行分析并做流行病学调查。结果枣庄市部分群体抗-HCV阳性率为0.31%,明显低于我国一般人群抗-HCV阳性率(3.2%)。枣庄市输血前筛查与献血前查体人员抗-HCV阳性结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。抗-HCV阳性男性145例,占63.88%(145/227),女性82例,占36.12%(82/227);16岁～55岁207例,占91.18%(207/227);输血史20例,占8.81%;牙科治疗史66例,占29.07%;侵入性操作史60例,占26.43%;母婴相关者3例,占1.32%;性伴侣10例,占4.41%;吸毒0例;不详86例,占37.89%。结论枣庄市部分群体抗-HCV阳性的主要原因可能与牙科治疗及侵入性操作有关。Objective To investigate the dynamics,characteristics,and regulation of hepatitis C in Zaozhuang area.Methods Select anti-HCV positive results of people to analyze and do epidemiological investigation who were chosen from obligations of donors in Zaozhuang local accounts and inpatients need screening before transfusion for the first time in Zaozhuang Municipal Hospital from January 2009 to November 2010.Results The anti-HCV positive rate of part of the group of Zaozhuang（0.31%） is lower than that of the general population（3.2%）.The positive rate of anti-HCV was no significant difference between obligations of donors in Zaozhuang and inpatients need screening before transfusion for the first time in Zaozhuang Municipal Hospital（P〉0.05）.Anti-HCV-positive,male 145 cases,accounting for 63.88%（145/227）,female 82 cases,accounting for 36.12%（82/227）;207 cases,16-55 years old,accounting for 91.18%（207/227）;20 cases with history of blood transfusion accounting for 8.81%;66 cases,with history of dental treatment,accounting for 29.07%;60 cases with history of invasive procedures,accounting for 26.43%;maternal and child-related 3 cases,accounting for 1.32%;10 cases of sexual partners,accounting for 4.41%;drug 0 case;unknown 86 cases,accounting for 37.89%.Conclusions The main reason of part of the group in Zaozhuang may be related to dental treatment and invasive procedures.
