摘 要:建设用地与农用地之间的矛盾是滇池流域土地利用的主要矛盾。针对这一矛盾,运用GIS和遥感(RS)技术、层次分析法(AHP)和专家咨询法,选取了土地利用类型、坡度、海拔、土壤类型等九个关键评价因子对滇池流域土地资源的适宜性进行综合评价。结果表明,滇池流域生态很适宜面积约294.0km2,仅占流域总面积的10.1%;生态较适宜面积约431.3km2,约占流域总面积的14.7%,生态较不适宜和不适宜面积约1654.4km2,约占流域总面积的56.7%,生态很不适宜面积约540.3km2,约占流域总面积的18.5%。在土地适宜性评价的基础上,对流域的人口承载力进行分析,提出了基于流域资源-生态-环境综合考虑下的最佳流域人口数量。The conflict between the construction land use and agricultural land use is the major conflict of land use in the Dianchi Lake basin. Focusing on this problem, nine key factors including land-use type, slope type, altitude and soil type were selected to evaluate the land suitability of the Dianchi Lake basin based on the GIS and RS technologies, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and expert consultation. The results indicated: (1) The most suitable ecological area is about 294.0 km^2 , only ac counting for 10.1% of the basin's total area; (2) the suitable ecological area is about 431.3 km^2, accounting for 14.7% of the total area; (3) the unsuitable ecological area is about 1654.4 km^2 , accounting for 56.7% of the total area; (4) the least suit able ecological area is about 540.3 km^2, accounting for 18.5% of the total area. On the basis of land suitability evaluation, the population-carrying capacity of watershed was analyzed, and the optimum watershed population based on the synthetic consid- eration of resources, ecology and environment was proposed.
