摘　　要：PLC是一种数字运算操作的电子系统,专为在工业环境中的应用而设计。组态软件是具有数据采集和过程控制功能的专用软件,是在自动控制系统监控层一级的软件平台和开发环境;从两者的功能特点出发,结合工业生产实际需求,开发出基于实际工作过程的自动生产线,这在实际生产开发和实践教学中具有重要的意义。本系统就基于PLC和组态软件的冰激凌生产线的开发做一些探讨。本系统为冰激凌生产线的自动化控制提供了一个切实可行的方案,对冰激凌的大规模生产具有一定的参考价值。系统的构建思想和方法对于其它自动化系统生产线也有一定的借鉴意义。PLC is kind of digital computing operation electronic system,designed for industrial environment.Configuration software is special software that can receive data and control process..From two both functional characters,based on the need of actual industrial production and actual production line,the development of configuration software is great meaningful for actual production development and education.The system is mainly for discussing about ice cream production line development based on PLC and configuration software.The system will provide practical executable program for ice cream production line automation,with reference valuing for the large-scale ice cream production.Construction idea and method of the system is also valued for reference.
