摘 要:通过对低频纵向磁场作用下埋弧堆焊焊缝成形、硬度、耐磨性及微观组织分析,研究了低频磁场对熔敷金属的组织和力学性能的影响规律,探讨了低频磁场改善熔敷金属组织形态、提高堆焊层耐磨性的机理.试验发现,加低频纵向磁场后焊缝的熔宽增加,熔深略有减少;晶粒尺寸由25.6μm降低到10.6μm,硬度由50.5HRC提高到55.0HRC,磨损量由0.035 g降低到0.015 g.结果表明,外加低频纵向磁场可以有效地细化晶粒,提高堆焊层硬度及耐磨性等力学性能.The effect of low-frequency longitudinal magnetic field on microstructure and mechanical properties of deposited metal of submerged arc hardfacing was studied by analysing the weld formation,hardness,wear-resisting property and microstructure of the deposited metal.The action mechanism of low-frequency magnetic field to improve the microstructure of the deposited metal and the wear-resisting property of hardfacing layer was discussed.The experiments show that low-frequency longitudinal magnetic field makes the welding pool width increase,welding penetration slightly reduce,the crystal grain be refined from 25.6 μm to 10.6 μm,the hardness increase from 50.5 HRC to 55.0 HRC and the wear rate decrease from 0.035 g to 0.015 g.So the low-frequency longitudinal magnetic field can refine the crystal grain effectively and improve hardness and wear-resisting property of hardfacing layer.
