摘  要:研究了分别用磷酸盐缓冲溶液、Na2CO和NaHCO3控制辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)催化聚合对羟基苯磺酸钠(PHS)反应体系中pH的效果,试验结果表明:磷酸盐缓冲溶液能有效使体系的pH值稳定在7.5左右,但其用量较大,影响产物的分离提纯。Na2CO3和NaHCO3作为pH调节剂用量小且能很好地调控体系pH,产物最终产率约为97%,其中Na2CO3的调节稳定效果最好且用量最少,是HRP催化聚合理想的pH调节剂。所得产物进行了鞣制试验,应用结果表明,聚对羟基苯磺酸钠作为皮革鞣剂具有较好鞣制及软化皮革纤维、助染等效果。The effects of phosphate buffer solution, Na2CO3 and NaHCO3 as pH controller on pH value were discussed in polymerization of 4- hydroxy benzosulfonate (PHS) with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) catalysis. The results show that phosphate buffer solution could control system at a pH of 7.5, but there are still some problems, such as large consumption and the interference to seperation and purification of product. As pH buffer, the control of Na2CO3 and NaHCO3 to system pH is good, the consumption is small and the final yield of product is about 97%, the mass of Na2CO3 is less than that of NaHCO3 and the control stability of Na2CO3 is the best. Therefore Na2CO3 is the optimum pH buffer of HRP catalysis. The poly(4 -hydroxy benzosulfonate) was used for tanning test, the application results show that poly(4 -hydroxy benzosulfonate) has excellent effect in tanning, softening leather fibres and improving dyeing.
