摘 要:在氢气和氩气混合气氛下,采用金属-气体共晶定向凝固法制备了具有长圆柱状孔隙结构大尺寸(圆柱直径大于140 mm)的多孔铜,在不同气压下得到了具有不同孔隙率的Gasarite铜,研究了气压对其孔隙率的影响。结果表明:当氩气分压一定且较小时,孔隙率随氢气分压的增大而减小;当氩气分压一定且较大时,孔隙率随氢气分压的增大而增大;当氢气分压一定时,孔隙率随氩气分压的增大而减小。Large size(cylinder diameter was larger than 140 mm) porous copper with long cylindrical pores was prepared by metal-gas eutectic directional solidification method under the mixture gas of hydrogen and argon.Gasarite copper with different porosities was obtained under different pressures.The effect of pressure on porosity was investigated.The results show that when the argon partial pressure was constant and small,the porosity decreased with the increase of hydrogen partial pressure,while increased when the pressure was constant and large.When the hydrogen partial pressure was constant,the porosity decreased with the increase of argon partial pressure.
