运动前后心电时限指标比值的比较

摘　　要：目的鉴于基于心电R波峰点(Rp)与T波终点(Tn)的心室收缩期与舒张期比率(RSD1)易受Tn定位精度的影响,揭示基于Rp与T波峰点(Tp)的心电时限指标比值(RSD2)能否反映RSD1的趋势。方法计算Rp至Tp的时限(RpTp)与心室收缩期(RpTn)的相关系数,计算Tp至其后Rp的时限(TpRp)与心室舒张期(TnRp)的相关系数。通过定量计算来检验RSD2能否反映运动前与运动后RSD1的变化。比较RpTp标准差与RpTn标准差的差异性水平。结果 RpTp与RpTn的波动趋势一致(r>0.91),TpRp与TnRp的波动趋势一致(r>0.99)。运动后指标与运动前指标的比值中,RSD1与RSD2均显著增大(P<0.001),这与HR显著增大(P<0.001)、HRV显著降低(P<0.01)相一致。RpTp的标准差显著小于RpTn的标准差(P<0.001)。结论 RSD2能够反映运动对心电节律的影响,其功能类似于RSD1,但可靠性强于RSD1。Objective To find out whether the time ratio based on R-wave peak（Rp） and T-wave peak（Tp） which called RSD2 would reflect the tendency of the ratio of systole to diastole（RSD） based on Rp and T-wave end（Tn） in Electrocardiogram（ECG） which called RSD1,as RSD1 is easily disturbed by the low precision of Tn location.Methods Correlation coefficient between the time span of Rp to Tp which called RpTp and ventricular systolic duration of RpTn was calculated,and correlation coefficient between the time span of Tp to next Rp which called TpRp and ventricular diastolic duration of TnRp was calculated.Then quantitative calculation was made to test whether RSD2 could reveal the changes of RSD1 between pre-sport and post-sport.Significant level of difference was compared between the standard deviation（SD） of RpTp and SD of RpTn.Results Fluctuant tendency of RpTp was consistent with that of RpTn（r0.91）,and fluctuant tendency of TpRp was consistent with that of TnRp（r0.99）.Among the indices ratio of post-sport to pre-sport,both RSD1 and RSD2 increased significantly（P0.001）,which was consistent with the increasing heart rate（HR）（P0.001） and decreasing heart rate variability（HRV）（P0.01）.SD of RpTp was significantly less than that of RpTn（P0.001）.Conclusion RSD2 can reveal the effects of physical activity on ECG rhythm,with the similar function as RSD1 but higher reliability than RSD1.
