摘 要:目的提出一种同步采集肱动脉脉搏波信号和指尖脉搏波信号无创检测桡动脉脉搏波速度的新方法。方法用二次函数对起跳点波段按最小二乘法原理逼近计算出脉搏波先后传播到肱动脉和指尖这段距离的时间。结果大量的病例分析和临床测试表明:脉搏波传导速度与年龄的正相关性为r=0.46,与脉压的正相关性为r=0.622。该算法能够解决波谷误判为起跳点的问题,能提高检测脉搏波传播速度的准确性。结论此方法能判断动脉硬化患者与正常人的差异性,操作简单、结果精确、重复性好,易于应用于临床评价和实验中。Objective To find a new algorithm for non-invasively detecting radial artery pulse wave velocity based on synchronous acquisition of brachial artery pulse wave signals and fingertip pulse wave signals.Methods The travel time of pulse wave between brachial artery and fingertip was calculated with quadratic function to fit take-off point wave band based on the theory of least square method.Results Many cases analyses and lots of clinical tests showed that the positive correlation of pulse wave velocity and age was r=0.46,the positive correlation of pulse wave velocity and pulse pressure was r= 0.622.The algorithm settled the problem of miscarriage of justice of take-off point and valley and improved the accuracy of pulse wave velocity detection.Conclusion The method can detect difference between arteriosclerosis patients and normal persons,it has simple operation,accurate result and good repeatability,it is easy to apply to clinical evaluation and the experiments.
