高龄白内障患者超声乳化术的护理

摘　　要：目的评价高龄白内障患者行超声乳化吸除联合人工晶状体植入术围手术期护理的效果。方法 2007年4月以来,对41例(41只眼)80岁以上的白内障患者行白内障超声乳化吸除联合人工晶状体植入。完善术前检查,注意监测术中全身情况,加强患者围手术期的护理及指导。结果 41例(41只眼)高龄白内障患者手术顺利,术后视力恢复较好,未出现严重的全身及眼部并发症,患者满意。结论高龄白内障患者施行超声乳化术,经认真手术准备,做好围手术期护理,可降低手术的风险,取得满意的效果。Objective To evaluate the perioperative nursing effect of phacoemulsification and monofocal introcular lens IOL implanation in elderly patients.Methods 41 patients （41 eyes）over eighty years old were treated with phacoemulsification and monofocal IOL implanation. The carfully carried out peroperative examination,closely monitored the systemic situation during the operation,strengthened perioperative nursing and guidance to the patients.Results Fourty-one cases of elderly patients were satisfied with result. There were no serious systemic and ocular complications.Conclusion Elderly patients of venerable eye treated with phacoemulsification and monofocal IOL implanation,improved the preoperative preparation strengthened perioperative nursing can reduce risk for the operation and achieve a satisfactory therapeutic effect.
