摘  要:目的评价改良的耳蜗后前位数字化X线摄影(DR)在耳蜗植入术中的应用价值。方法 30例内耳疾病或感音性聋患者(男17例,女13例,年龄17 d~45岁,平均6岁)均在人工耳蜗植入术后,接受了改良的耳蜗后前位DR。结果改良的耳蜗后前位DR能清晰显示植入耳蜗的电极串整个形态及位置,电极的数目及深度,并能辨认前庭和上、外半规管的形态。与传统的X线摄影比较,改良的耳蜗后前位DR可使头颅摆位更加简便,从而简化操作步骤,缩短曝光时间,减小患者的辐射剂量,同时,能明显地提高图像质量。结论改良的耳蜗后前位DR比传统X线摄影具有明显优势,在人工耳蜗植入术中有广阔的应用前景。Objective To evaluate the utility of digital radiography(DR) with a modified cochlear postero-anterior(P-A) view in the cochlea implantation.Methods Thirty patients(17 men,13 women;aged 17 d-45 years;mean age,6 years) with internal ear lesions or perceptive deafness underwent DR with a modified cochlear P-A view after the manual cochlea implantation.Results DR with a modified cochlear P-A view could clearly visualize the complete shape and site of implanted electrode bands,the number and depth of implanted electrodes,and could identify the shape of vestibula and superior-external semicircular canals.Compared with traditional radiography,DR with a modified cochlear P-A view could make more simple and convenient skull allocation,so that it could simplify the procedure process, shorten the exposure time,reduce the radiation dose of the patients,simultaneously,it could markedly improve the image quality.Conclusion Digital radiography with a modified cochlear P-A view in comparison with traditional radiography has significant advantage and therefore it has wide application foreground in manual cochlea implantation.
