摘 要:分析了基于简化模型(机炉模型)设计发电单元协调控制策略的局限性,指出基于发电单元完整模型(包含锅炉、汽轮机和发电机的模型)设计协调控制策略的必要性。提出了一种新的发电单元协调控制思路,即应该权衡电网频率和发电单元本身安全程度的迫切性使用发电单元中的储能。采用增益调度控制方法设计了协调控制策略。与传统的以固定程度使用发电单元储能的协调控制策略相比,所提出的协调控制策略能根据电网运行的实际需要,及时、灵活地使用发电单元储能,从而既可以保障单元机组自身运行的安全又可以增强电网频率的控制性能。仿真结果也说明了所提出控制策略的有效性。The limitation of traditional coordinated control methods of generating unit based on simplified model (boiler-turbine model) is analyzed. The necessity of using integral model of generating unit (boiler-turbine-generator model) to design coordinated control methods is pointed out. A novel coordinated control idea is proposed, that is weighing urgency of the safety degree between grid frequency and that of generating unit when using the energy storage of generating unit. And a new coordinated control method with gain scheduled characteristic is proposed. The proposed method can use the energy storage timely and flexibly according to the need of real grid, while the traditional coordinated methods just use the energy storage with unchangeable degree. Thus, the proposed method can not only guarantee the operating safety of generating unit but also enhance the control performance of grid frequency.
