摘 要:矩阵变换器通常采用基于输出电流方向检测的四步换流策略,但四步换流延迟及半导体器件压降会引起输出电压误差和谐波,降低了矩阵变换器输出电压质量。详细分析电压误差产生的原因,并提出了一种非线性前馈补偿方法。该方法是根据具体的四步换流次序及半导体器件压降,通过查表的方法,预先计算出实际电压误差,再通过前馈补偿输出电压误差,从而减少了输出电压谐波。将该方法应用于V/F控制进行验证,实验结果表明,该方法可以减少输出电压谐波。The four-step commutation based on the direction detection of the output current is widely used in matrix converter. However, due to the waveform distortion and the error of the output voltage caused by the four-step commutation delay and voltage drop of semiconductor devices, the output voltage quality of matrix converter is debased. In this paper, the root of the output voltage error is analyzed in detail, and a nonlinearity-feed-forward compensation method is proposed. According to commutation sequence and voltage drop of semiconductor, the actual voltage error is pre-calculated using table consulting. Then feed-forward compensation by output voltage error is used to decrease the output voltage harmonics. The method is applied in the V/F control process. The related experiment results are reported to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
