摘 要:随着电网结构的不断加强,220kV电网短路电流水平提高较快,必须逐步实施解环以降低220kV电网短路电流水平,但在电网解环过程中往往会与一些规划的电网项目存在矛盾。阐述了电磁环网解环基本原则及主要解环方式,并以郑州500kV/220kV电磁解环网为例,根据其现状及远景电网规划,对其逐步实施解环方案并同时校验了郑州电网远期规划的合理性。提出的通过电网解环规划研究来校验电网规划的合理性的理念,一方面可将电网规划与解环规划合理统一以指导电网的发展,另一方面也可避免不必要的电网建设从而节省投资。The 220 kV electrical network short-circuit current level enhances quickly along with unceasing enhancement of electrical network structure, open-loop operation mode must be carried out gradually to lower the 220 kV electrical network short-circuit current level. But in the process of electrical network open-loop it often contradicts with some planned electrical network projects. This paper describes the fundamental principles as well as the main method of open-loop. Taking Zhengzhou 500 kV/220 kV electromagnetic ring for example, in accordance with its present situation and long-term network planning, open-loop operation is progressively implemented and the rationality of Zhengzhou long-term network plan has been simultaneously verfied. This paper puts forward the idea of using the open-loop planning studies to verify the rationality of electrical network planning, which not only unifies the network planning and open-loop planning rationally to guide the development of electrical network, but also avoids unnecessary construction to save investment.
