红外透平油污染度在线监测仪的研制

摘　　要：从光测法原理出发，选用适用于透平油的红外光进行了实验研究，研制出了可用于在线监测和即时检测的红外透平油污染度在线监测仪，实验表明，该仪器具有良好的性能。Based on the principle of optical measurement, in this paper, appropriate infrared is selected to study and an on-line infrared monitor which can be both used on-line monitoring and off-hand measurement of contamination level of turbine lube is developed. Experimental results show that the monitor have the nicer performance and can exactly mensurate the contamination level of turbine lube.
