摘 要:介绍了某电厂125 MW 机组的启停调峰试验,以及对汽轮机转子的寿命评价,包括试验的基本内容、各试验工况中转子的寿命损耗值。在此基础上针对125 MW 机组参与调峰运行进行了转子的寿命分配,并采用可靠性定寿的方法优化寿命分配。寿命分配的结果表明,采用可靠性定寿方法更能保证机组安全,并可以充分发挥转子材料的潜力,满足电网调峰要求。In this paper, a serious of peak load cyclic experiments on a 125MW thermal power unit is reported, including brief introduction of experiments、the damage of rotor's service life during the peak load operation. With experiment's data, two ways of service life's management are introduced, the first one is the traditional one, that is, averaging the damage of rotor's life with its predicting service life, then using the result into direct daily operation management. In the second way, reliability based management is applied is applied, which uses probability method to design the accumulated damage limit of low-cycle fatigue life of steam turbine rotors. The second way provides higher safety, makes the units meet the requirement of peak load operation as well as possible, develops the potential capacity of rotor material.
