摘　　要：目的：探讨沙眼衣原体感染与胎膜早破的关系。方法：采用meta分析的方法,以关键词检索的方式检索国内各大主要数据库,对1997年1月~2010年5月公开发表的有关沙眼衣原体感染与胎膜早破关系的研究文献进行综合分析,应用Review Manager4.2软件计算优势比值（OR）。结果：入选的18篇文献包括了2035个病例,2305个对照。沙眼衣原体感染与胎膜早破显著相关（OR=3.72,95%CI3.15~4.40）。结论：沙眼衣原体感染与胎膜早破关系密切,可能是其致病因素,应在今后防治中予以警惕。Objective：To investigate the relationship between infection with Chlamydia trachomatis and premature rupture of membranes.Methods：Relevant literatures published between Jan 1997 and May 2010 were searched from major domestic databases and analyzed with RevMan4.2 Software.Results：A total of 2 035 patients infected with Chlamydia trachomatis and 2 305 normal control individuals were involved.The pool odds ratio was 3.72（95 percent confidence interval,3.15-4.40）.Conclusion：Premature rupture of membranes could be caused by Chlamydia trachomatis infection.
