高等教育产业的敏捷性评价

摘　　要：我国高等教育产业能否及时有效地应对国内民众日益增长的知识需求和经济发展需要,这就要对高等教育产业发展状况的及时有效性性质进行敏捷性评价。为此将敏捷性概念引入高等教育产业理论并提出敏捷性高等教育产业评价理论,建立了符合高等教育产业敏捷性的评价指标体系,并采用主、客观相结合的方法对指标赋予权重,同时依托模糊数学的基本思想给出了解决指标权重信息不完全的模糊综合评价方法。最后,结合湖南省高等教育产业,对其敏捷性作了实证分析。As a try. According to deep meaning of agility, we permeate the concept of agility to education industry,propose the theory of agile higher education industry and stablished appropriate agility evaluation index system to higher education industry. In this paper, subjective and ob- jective method had been combined to the index for weights, then fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was given by the basic idea of fuzzy math for incomplete weights information. Finally, the empirical analy- sis on Hunan province was made by a real case.
