摘　　要：从分析走剑道系统的结构出发,提出利用安装工具保证相关零件的位置关系,通过相关尺寸的分析计算,得出设计安装工具的控制尺寸,设计出安装工具,从而解决了走剑道系统中部分零件安装不到位影响织造质量的问题,提高了整机的质量,达到了织造工艺的要求。The mounting tool is suggested to ensure the position of correlative element based on analysing the structure of rapier raceway unit.According to the analyses and calculation about corrlative dimensions,the control dimension about designing mounting tool is obtained,the low weaving quality influenced by the out of position of part element on rapier raceway unit is improved,and the quality of whole machine is improved to adapt weaving processing demands.
