论村民自治组织保护环境的法律保障

摘　　要：近年来,农村的生态环境在不断恶化。这种结果的产生与农村缺乏环保管理和监督机构相关。功能正常的村民自治组织能有效地保护环境,我们应当从立法上确立其农村环保机构的地位。《环境保护法》应当规定村民可以委托自己选举出来的村民自治组织管理本村环境,并对村民自治环保机构配置相应的职权。Recently rural ecological environme isn＇t any organization to govern and supervise th in good condition could protect rural environment kind organization of environment protection in co that the whole peasants in the villager to entrust nt is getting bad, and the result has related to that there e environment. Organizations of villager self-government efficiently, so our law should give them authorize to be a untryside. So Then our Environment Law need to allow their Organizations of villager self-government with govern the environment of their villager, simultaneously to regulate rights of the Organizations of villager self --government in protecting environment.
