摘　　要：对人的文化理解关系到如何塑造人的人文品格问题,也关系到如何赋予社会现代化以人文属性的重大问题,只有深入揭示人和社会的文化生成的内在规律和意义,才能明确更加切实可行的社会人文型塑的创新之路。经由浙商文化的批判与重构是型塑"人文浙江"的一条新路径。The cultural understanding of 'human' is concerned with how to cultivate a person's humanity quality.It also relates to the key issue of which humanity feature the social modernization is to be.Only through unveiling the inner regular pattern and the significance of the emergence of human and society can we better understand the innovative path of forming the human society in a more practical way.The new path to form the 'Human Zhejiang' has to be by way of criticizing and reconstruction of Zheshang culture.
