摘　　要：我国工业企业缺乏质量工作主体意识,工业产品质量竞争力不强,质量安全事件时有发生。质量监管过程中存在各部门没有建立联动工作机制,政府质量监管缺乏有效性和权威性,社会的质量监督作用没有发挥等弊端。找出企业没有动力的症结所在,提高质量监管措施的有效性,建立一种有效的机制尽快地引导产品质量良性发展是我国政策面临的迫切任务。At present there is a lack of quality management enthusiasm in industrial corporations in China. At the same time the product quality is on a sticky wicket in the global market competition and the events related to quality happen now and then. The effect and authority of government quality supervision weakens as the correlative government departments don＇ t cooperate with each other adequately. It＇ s difficult for consumers to protect their benefits. So it＇ s urgent to find out the sticking point, enhance the government quality supervision effect and authority, and optimize the mechanism.
